Healthy Eating Question

As I complain about alot lol, i get up really early and i go to bed really late. I can't do anything about those since it's work related. So basically I have to live with it. The problem is I feel exhausted constantly. I've tried many things to try and help me wake up but nothing seems to work. By many things I mean breakfast foods, minerals and vitamins. Nothing seems to do any good.

Soooooooooo, what gets you going? PLEASE no ads for supertonics or things like that. I'm talking about normal things in the pantry or available at Wally World lol.
